Deposit Accounts

These are steps to follow if you have a direct debit set up by a third party that you wish to stop:
  1. Please contact the direct debit user by phone and in writing and ask them to cancel the direct debit.
  2. Keep an eye on your account and if the direct debits are not cancelled contact Maleny  Credit Union on (07) 5499 8988.   You can authorise Maleny Credit Union to act on your behalf to place a stop on the Direct Debit for a fee of $5.00 which will then be automatically be rejected by the system for this Debit User.
