“We apologise to all our members for the current situation with access to our banking system. Our support team is working on the issue at the moment and we expect to have our back up system up and running in the next 1 hour 30 minutes.

I would like to assure our members that while this is extremely frustrating and inconvenient it has been caused by a technical failure and no member data has been externally compromised.
